1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Each of our products is handcrafted and produced specifically for you to ensure the highest quality and minimize waste.

• Production Time: Usually takes 2–5 business days.

• Shipping: Depending on your location, shipping takes an additional 3–7 business days. On average, you can expect your package to arrive within 5–12 business days. We utilize a global network of production hubs to ensure your order is made as close to you as possible, reducing delivery times and carbon emissions.

2. How can I track my order?

Once your unique piece has passed quality control and leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. This allows you to follow your package's journey in real-time. If you haven't received tracking information after 5 business days, please contact us at Team@novalioclo.com.

3. Can I return my order?

Because every single item at Novalio is custom-made and printed exclusively for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect choices (such as size or color).

Quality Guarantee: If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will make it right! Please send a photo of the issue to our support team within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a free replacement or a refund immediately.

4. Why is my order produced only after I buy?

We believe in conscious consumption. By producing only what is actually ordered, we completely avoid overproduction and the environmental impact of unsold inventory. Every Novalio piece is a unique item created specifically for you, making your purchase more sustainable.

5. What happens if my order gets lost?

Don’t worry! If your tracking status hasn't updated for several days or the estimated delivery date has passed, please reach out to us. If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement delivery at no extra cost to you.
